Make this mini macrame wallhanging in just a few hours. Macrame is a technique that dates back to the 1200s and uses a series of knots to create a type of weaving. More recently, you may be familiar with plant holders, friendship bracelets, and other jewelry. Macrame usually calls for strong materials (cotton, twine, cord, etc.) that can withstand lots of knot-tying, and we have a couple options now! One is a chainette cotton blend, and the other is a softly spun, variegated wool that are both perfect for a wallhanging. You will learn a few basic knots and how to put them together to make this cute wallhanging. Enough yarn for one project and a dowel are included with the class, and you will choose between the cotton blend and the wool. Colors may vary from what is shown.
