Are you ready for some colorwork but not sure how or where to begin? We have the perfect starter fair isle cowl that is full of techniques we will teach you, including gauge swatching, provisional cast-on, fair isle knitting in the round, magic loop or knitting with 2 circular needles, and the kitchener stitch. The class includes the pattern, but the yarn is extra and will be chosen in class. The recommendation is Incan Spice, and you will use 3 balls at $12-13 per ball. Bring with you 3 colors of worsted weight yarn, 2 size 8 circular needles (1 should be at least 40” long) AND EITHER 2 size 3 circular needles (1 should be at least 40” long) OR size 3 double pointed needles OR size 3 circular needle (9” long). This class is for intermediate knitters. You should have experience knitting in the round prior to class.
