This beginner friendly class will go over some fun but simple stitches to give you the confidence to embellish on felt. In class you will receive a blank pre-felted bowl, zipper pouch, or tote (choose from the list) to work on and we will go over keeping your work neat as well as picking the best materials for different styles and textures. And, the back side of the embroidery is completely hidden! Price varies based on which felt item you choose.
Materials for students to bring to class:
- straight tapestry needle (no bent tips please)
- straight sewing needle with eye large enough to accommodate fingering weight yarn (in case they find the tapestry needle too blunt for their hands)
You may choose your color of bowl, zip pouch, or tote from our stock at the time of class. Or, you can also come in ahead of time (or call or email us) to request a specific color from our stock.
