Learn to Sock

Let Jen take you on a sock journey that will teach you new skills and/or hone the sock skills you already have. You must know basic knit, purl, and increase stitches before taking this class, as well as having experience with a small circular needle, magic loop, two circulars at the same time, or double point needle knitting. The class meets two times with homework in between. Even though this is pictured in multiple colors, we will only be working with a single color to help you get the technique down.

cuff down
garter stitch heel flap
short rows
sock shaping

Yarn is extra and must be purchased from Threadbender for this class and wound (if needed) before class begins. Swatch your yarn in stockinette to find the correct needle to get the gauge of 32 sts = 4". Bring those needles as well as your swatch to class.
